Wife wants divorce but not me

Hi. I’m 21 (going to be 22 on Sep 24) and my wife is 20 (going to be 21 in Dec). We w been married for 2 years and going on 3 in February. My wife told me this week that she thinks we should get a divorce. She’s been staying at an AirBnB for about 2 weeks now because she said she wants to find herself. We’ve also had people very close to us/family pass away this week. I really don’t want this divorce because I think we can come out of this darkness together. We’ve been to counseling but had to stop early because I had to change job locations.

I recently found out she’s been to counseling on her own also. From May-July she went for 12 sessions and I had no idea.

She told me that I’ve put her through emotional abuse and it kills me because I think I have and I hadn’t even realized it. I think I’m self destructive and I don’t want to be that way. I just want to know how I can help us come out of this. I’m so lost..
