Ectopic pregnancy???

Can your test show up negative and blood levels but still have an ectopic pregnancy ???

I think I’m experiencing this 😓 I got a faint line then two days later showed up lighter then took another completely negative . Then today I started having vaginal pain and I been feeling really sleepy and light headed and body aching some help me !
