Ectopic pregnancy???

Can your test show up negative and blood levels but still have an ectopic pregnancy ??? 
I think I’m experiencing this 😓 I got a faint line then two days later showed up lighter then took another completely negative . Then today I started having vaginal pain and I been feeling really sleepy and light headed and body aching some help me !

I had an ectopic in March. My bloods still had HCG in the 100s. I had surgery and once HCG went to 1 they confirmed I was no longer pregnant. If it’s negative on bloods then it cannot be ectopic as the pregnancy still produces HCG, it just doesn’t double like a normal pregnancy. Since you had a positive test perhaps it was chemical.

My mother in law experienced a ectopic pregnancy and her test were showing positive but every case could be different.

When I had my ectopic I didn't have any vaginal pain, my pain was located to my left side towards my back. I was not sleepy due to how bad the pain was and even fainted. If it were an ectopic, trust me, you would know something was not right. When I had my ectopic my blood levels showed I was pregnant but they were low.

No. If the blood test was negative there is no pregnancy.
