Has anyone gone through IVF using pre-implantation genetic screening/testing due to being a known carrier of a recessive gene??

Currently going through it. DH and I are both carriers for a recessive gene for Smith-Lemle-Opitz syndrome (autosomal recessive). 25% chance our offspring would have the disease. PGD company is currently formulating a test for us - it should be done in the next week or two. Then, we start the egg retrieval process and testing of the embryos...
