Tips for home workouts
So I joined a workout class AND LOVE IT!! but lately I only get to go like once a week 😕 I don’t have anyone to watch my baby. My husband has been working 11 hour days 6 days a week and it’s usually during the class time.
I really wish I could go more because I love the support from the other members and the accountability the trainer provides but I need to just start working out at home. I’m just sort of at a loss because idk how to get the cardio in. I’d love to get a jogging stroller but unfortunately it’s really hot in Texas for the baby right now and if we go later in the day or early in the morning there are soooo many mosquitos. I tried to go on a walk on my own in the morning the other day and currently have 6 bites. I’d hate for my baby girl to get bit up too. So I think I could use a jogging stroller when the weather changes in a couple months but for now I need ideas on how to tone up at home! Thanks in advance!
