Antibiotics and Birth Control

So I had surgery earlier this week ( gallbladder removal), and I know that antibiotics negate your birth control for about a week, I believe, but I have been on the pill for about 5 years... my boyfriend and I did have sex three or four days after my surgery, and I did take my birth control every day.... but do you think I could potentially get pregnant? I’m not even sure if they administer antibiotics during a gall bladder removal surgery, does anyone know? I know they didn’t give me a prescription for one.
