Pregnancy car seat belt?

Question

Is this something that people buy or recommend something similar? A family friend who was 21 weeks pregnant recently lost her baby due to complications after a very minor car crash, so I’m just wondering if this would be a good preventative product?

Cars are generally not safety tested with products like this so using them could negatively impact the safety of the actual seatbelt. I wouldn’t.

That one is not safe please dont buy it, it hasn't had any crash tests done.
I did buy and use one though which was amazing and 100% recommended by my doctor who used to work in the ER. It's more money but has at least been crash tested.

I would use that one. But I used something similar that was a seat buckle that attached to the seat. So you buckle in between your legs then the normal buckle. You can make it as loose or tight around your legs as you want.

I have one of these and its great an alternative is to clip in the seatbelt before you sit down and put the top bit over you so the tummy bit is behind your back
