HPV high risk

My papsmear came back abnormal and tested positive for HPV. I am 30 and just had 2 sexual partners ever. I was not sexually active till 27. So i must have caught it in the last 3 years. 😢

So I am very frustrated because I was never expecting it at all. I am scared my body will have a harder time fighting it off since I’m older.

Is it harder to fight the virus off when you’re older? What vitamins or supplements has helped anyone fight this virus off?

Please help me.
