Are people really this easily offended?
Not sure if this belongs in the CC but here goes...
Ok I just had to sit through training at my job about how if a customer says “thank you” we have to only say “you’re welcome” or “my pleasure” or “I’m always here to help” instead of “no problem” or “no worries” bc they could take it the wrong way as in like there was an underlying problem or reason for worry?
Really???
Cuz if I said thank you to someone and they said no problem I wouldn’t even blink twice over that.
