I would definitely have her parents take her to the walk in/urgent care if i were you. IDK if the picture makes it look worse than it is but it looks like there is a lot going on there😳 like partially a rash partially a cold sore partially a bruised swollen lip

Thank you everyone. It’s viral stomatitis which is a cod sore. It’s her first outbreak so the doctor said that’s why it’s so bad
