sex while pregnant

hi guys me and my bf just had sex for the first time in almost 2 months (crazy i know) i am 8 weeks pregnant and just haven’t been feeling good and didn’t want to and was kind of scared to until i had my first ultrasound and made sure everything was okay. but we had sex and it kind of hurt a little while we were having sex like almost a little bit of a burning feeling like i was dry?? but i wasn’t because you could feel that i wasn’t (sorry tmi). but now it hurts reallly bad like it feels like it’s bruised almost and swollen down there. has this happened to anyone? could it just be because we haven’t had sex in a long time? another tmi: he is pretty big so sometimes it hurts anyways but not as bad as it does right now! thank you
