Today is the day!
I am 176 5'2" and I want to get back to 150. Goal weight would be 130 but I need to get to 150 the healthy way!
I REALLY need to push for healthier eating. I can do the whole gym thing but eating and knowing how many calories to eat is my hard problem.
I'm so excited. This is the day! I know I say that over and over again. But today is going to be the start!
