I have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 7 weeks. they didn't tell me if it's vaginal or on top? also they didn't tell me if I needed to drink water or anything? any advice on what I should do?

It will be vaginal. And no need to have a full bladder or anything if anything they will tell u to empty your bladder prior.

I have mine at 8 weeks and they told me if they can’t see well enough they will do vaginally. So they might decide the day of which one

I’d call and ask to make sure. If they didn’t tell you to drink, it’s probably vaginally. They can see more that way anyways. At 6 weeks they saw a gestational sac and yolk sac only on an abdominal ultrasound, but during the transvaginal one, they saw the heartbeat. Best of luck!
