Help!

What are some signs of preeclampsia? Went to the er on Monday at 5pm & I was literally there almost all week. I just got discharged today, they diagnosed me with preeclampsia and said my platelets are very low. I went in for some spotting and cramping I had. Eventually I was getting contractions every 5/10 minutes apart. They gave me 2 steroid shots while there 12 hours apart, & some medication for my contractions. Being there a whole week they were just checking my blood platelets & diabetes & blood pressure was in balance. Anyways they sent me home this morning, I made my son breakfast and started eating with him when I suddenly felt like I couldn’t breath, all I remember was struggling to breath. I opened windows, put my face by a ac, got up, walked around my apartment but was still struggling I Them notice I started sweating what can this be? It still happening. I just don’t wanna go in and get sent home since I’ve already been there for a while 5 days. Please anyone , what can this be
