I’ve been with my BF for 2 1/2 years now. I’ve found that we are constantly arguing about always doing the same things together. Our days out always consist of either going to watch a movie or going to the mall. And no we don’t live together. The issue now is I’m honestly getting tired or always doing the same things over and over again. I have expressed theses frustrations with him but nothing ever changes. I’ve asked him to try to at least be romantic and plan a date. I’ve told him I don’t care for doing extravagant things. I know money is an issue and I under stand that. A simple picnic in the park will do but he refuses to plan anything. His excuse is always he’s not creative or doesn’t have any ideas. He says the things he does want to do involve spending money!!! He has no problem dropping money in a pair of $120 shoes but can’t plan a simple $20 picnic in the park???? It’s honestly really tiring Of always arguing about the same things. I really do love him and I want to make this relationship work but I’m to a point where I honestly just want to give up and move on. I don’t know what to do. I really just need advice. Please help!
