I’m taking a small dose of celexa for some post partum anxiety. The doctor said it could take a couple weeks to kick in. Tonight I cant explain how I’m feeling. It’s like I think im having some kind of anxiety or panic attack. I feel like I need it to work now. What can I do!? I’m trying to breathe and feel calm, but Im so anxious I cant stand it. . . I do have some old Xanax, but I dont want to take anything that could hurt the baby while breastfeeding. Have any of you been prescribed Xanax while breastfeeding? Please no judgement. I’m just trying to calm down. I’m safe, my baby is safe, just feeling super stressed.
