Gestational Diabetes
So I took my one hour glucose test. It came back elevated so after the 3 hour test I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I was devastated. I work shift work and it’s already difficult getting adequate rest. I meet with a nutritionist this Wednesday and then for the next 10 weeks I’ll be testing my blood sugar 4x’s a day. BLAH!!! 😒
