I'm guessing false labour as it's all stopped now? 🤦🏽‍♀️😩

Did I experience false labour? Ignore the 39 minutes I had a shower but contractions continued throughout.

They timing between was all over the place so that’s a tell sign it’s not really labor as they stay the same between each time (until the time gets closer together with dilation) but the time wouldn’t jump around every contraction

These are classic BH. They range from 2 mins apart to 20 mins apart, and that’s normal for BH. And they stopped so I don’t think it was false labor, just practice contractions getting you ready for the main event. Hopefully soon! 🙌🏻
