How do I get rid of a keloid?

My pit head butted me when he jumped on the couch and he knocked my nose ring out and now I have a keloid and it looks disgusting😓 I dont wanna take it out bc it made me feel confident but i feel like it's never gonna go away and it looks terrible ugh.

You need to take the ring out and deal with the keloid
 They often continue to grow once started. What's worse? The confidence you had with a ring, or dealing with a massive keloid that wont go away cause you refuse to take the ring out? You can get repierced

When I got my nose pierced it developed a keloid.
What I did: crushed an aspirin and mix with sea salt then add hot water to it. Apply the affected area with a cotton swap (the one you use in your ear but shouldn’t). Apply when the water is at least warm if you can’t do hot. 
Don’t wash it off! Do it at night and wash off in the morning.
Do this for a week or two and it should subside.
I’m prone to keloids so in a new atmosphere such as desert dust, my piercings act up.

A keloid won't go away. If they're little and you're not prone to them then you can just get it cut away, but if you are prone to them then whoever cuts it out might recommended you go to an oncologist for a localised treatment.
