Is it ok to take a newborn into thrift stores?

I’m contemplating on going to goodwill to buy things for a project that I’m working on but I don’t know whether it’s safe or not for my baby to be in that environment. It frightens me since he was a preemie but he would be completely covered in his bassinet stroller. What do y’all think?

You should never cover the opening on the bassinet or car seat. It traps heat, co2 and restricts airflow.

Why would it be unsafe? Just don’t let strangers touch your baby & wash your hands after touching things like you normally would. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Besides thrift stores having the funky smell of 2nd hand smoke and death, it’s safe to bring your baby.

My baby was a preemie too. Did not stop me from taking her out into the world.
