So I went to the ER in my town with stomach pain thinking maybe it was food poisoning and it was 2am they ran tests and did a cat scan and the doctor came in and told me that it is a appendicitis and I have to go an hour or 2 away from my town to have surgery and I started crying cuz it would be my first surgery without my mom being there with me she passed on March 18,2o19. So they got a hospital to accept me and I called my husband and told him where I would be headed and they loaded me up in the ambulance and headed out and got there about 7am and got in a room about 8am and started the waiting game for an OR room open up and it sucked cuz I couldn't eat or drink so I just watched tv and talked to my husband and brother in law. Finally about 1pm they took me back to get ready for the operation and I remember going in and then waking up in recovery and could not hold my eyes open. As soon as I got back to my room I vomited all over the floor and they cleaned me up and gave me anti nausea meds and I passed out till 5pm. Then woke up and got to drink some broth,apple juice and water which was amazing for not eating since 7pm Friday night. I got up and walked twice and said if I ate real food and no pain or vomit happened I could go home an hour after I finished eating and I ate and felt good so they started discharging me and left about 815pm and went to Wendy's and got some food and headed home and got home about 11:15pm. I went to sleep about 1140pm and woke up at 440am with a damn beetle in my ear and it scared the hell out of me and got it out and passed back out till 1030am and ate some food and watched some YouTube. Husband helped me shower cuz my 3 incisions from having my appendix out are one in my belly button,one right below my belly button to the left and the last one is right under my belly above where my panties sit. I feel ok just really sore and my husband won't let me do anything but I need to relax and heal.
