How long do you allow yourself to feel sad about a negative pregnancy test?

I have to test tmrw and I’m mentally trying to prepare myself that I very well might see yet again another negative test and that’s ok. I can’t let it consume me I have to just try and stay positive and move on. Yet it is so very hard.

I think that’s where it gets stressful hun if you let it effect you for hours and days. It’s so hard and stressful for some people but personally I think doing things like this, definitely doesn’t help. I get a little gutted but then I think “it’s okay I have next month” xxxx

I get sad for a few minutes but then look at it as a chance to try something different for the next month and then I look forward to that
