Pregnancy Confusion

Hi ladies so I’m having a really hard time recently ive been so stressed so I need some guidance advice whatever will ease my mind. On September 3rd my husband and I had unprotected sex on the 16th I had quite a bit of clear jelly stretchy like discharge and the 18th I was suppose to have a lithotripsy but it was cancelled because my period was suppose to start and didn’t so they wanted to be safe well they did a urine test and a blood test both came back negative well here we are Sunday the 22nd no sign of my period I’ve been cramping some having an increased appetite my breasts are a teeny bit sore but I’ve also had a tiny bit of white lotion sticky type discharge. I’m so confused I keep taking first response tests and they’re negative I just want to cry. I’ve been pregnant twice before my oldest will be 2 in January and my twins will be a year old in January so this isn’t new to me but with them I had positive tests by 9dpo so this has me so stressed out not knowing if I am or not. I just need some insight anything please
