Almost Fell at 36 + 5 weeks

I tripped over a car stop tonight and stumbled for awhile. Eventually caught myself on a fence but I was low to the ground and now my back is killing me. I think I also pulled a muscle in my leg. 🤦🏼‍♀️ baby is still moving good. I wonder if this will start labor or if I should mention it to doctor. At least I didn’t fall completely to the ground.
