Did it hurt the first time? What did u do to help the soreness?

Was cleared exactly at 6 weeks and did it that night. It hurt pretty bad, but we went slowly with tons of lube. Each time it got a little better; now at 8 months post partum it’s almost painless, sometimes it still hurts me a bit.

At 7 weeks because I got my period right at 6 weeks 🙄. It did still hurt a little and in certain positions.

6 weeks, it was sore but take it slow and the only thing that helped is lube and doing it more to stretch you back out again x

Lots of lube and spooning position were best for me! Take it slow! Much better by the third time

I think we tried it at 6 weeks and it didn’t go well. It hurt really bad still. Then we tried again at 8 weeks and it was still uncomfortable but felt better after a few minutes. Definitely not great the first few times lol.

Waited five months I had second degree tearing that wasn’t healed at six weeks then I had bleeding on and off for the first five months after birth due to the birth control I was on. It hurt extremely bad until seven to eight months postpartum
