I had sex during my ovlution time , also I missed period by 8 days but got negative result in pregnancy test through kit(preganews). Is there any chances that I m pregnant?

With my last pregnancy I didn't get a positive till 16 days late but ended up miscarrying around 6ish weeks sometimes you just have to wait you could of ovulated later then you thought ?
