I have little lump  near my nipple in one side is that common during pregnancy i am really worry and my app in 10/1and can't wait I'm 22 w

It’s common for the ducts on your areola right around the nipple to become larger during pregnancy. Those little bumps are normal. 
But if you have an actual lump in the tissue of your beast near the nipple, definitely get that checked out. Or anything that seems like it might be inflamed or infected.

I’m not sure if it’s common or not but you should definitely call the dr first thing in the morning. They should get you an apt before they close especially if you let them know you concerned.
