So I fell in love with the car & I been looking into buying it

The thing is I was originally going to get the sonata but I seen so many bad reviews on how the transmission would go out so I kinda passed on that

Then I looked into the Elantra, basically I wanna know how’s the car with mechanical problems? I’m looking for a long term car that will last for me and my family.

I’m worried about the transmission failing or the engine. I heard Hyundai’s aren’t the greatest cars but I wanna hear from you guys if that really is true
