So this is something I never would of realized was a thing or emotion mothers/ wives feel. I personally have always wanted a daughter and would cherish her being a daddy’s girl and my husband having a close bond with all our children male or female. But after hearing this multiple times now from women I’m curious what others think. Even one of my friends and I were talking about wanting children and she said she only wants boys because she wants to be the only girl in her husbands life that he loves and wouldn’t want her daughter stealing her husbands love.

I thought what she said was so bizarre, but soon realized she is not the only one who thinks like this and I now have heard this same think from multiple different women even on this app.
