Getting pregnant and keeping nipple rings?

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past year and now that I’m getting older I’m wondering if I should take out my nipple rings just to get ready for baby? I’m sure I’ll have to take them out if I plan to breastfeed but I kind of don’t want to... has anyone kept their piercings?

I took mine out when I got pregnant. Glad I did! Mu nipples are SOO sensitive and I personally couldn't imagine having them in while pregnant based on how sore my nipples currently are at 25 weeks. Plus breastfeeding?! HEEEELLLLLL no! Youd have to take them out every time you breast fed, which would be a complete pain in the ass and would probably just cause infection. So I just took them out. I can always get them repierced after breastfeeding.
