Sorry, but no. It is impossible. It’s a blub of cells, floating on the cilia of the Fallopian tubes. 
To produce symptoms you need beta HCG. that’s the hormone that gives you pregnancy symptoms. If any. Many women don’t have symptoms at all. Hcg is only produced once the blastocyst implants. And it takes time too: implantation is a process that takes time, days sometimes. 
And first Hcg accumulates in your blood to only then shows up in urine.
Until implantation you won’t feel you’re pregnant at all. 
As the OP said, your symptoms are due to progesterone.

Without Implantation there’s no baby. Without a baby no HCG. Without HCG no symptoms. Never had any symptoms with my babies when I tested positive. It all felt like pms.

I’ll say not possible. Whatever you feel is due to increase in progesterone after ovulation and not due to pregnancy. Try not to symptom spot. When I found out I was pregnant. I had absolutely no symptoms
