How do you get through this?

I just learned that I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I had a nightmare last night that when I wiped, there was blood everywhere. We lost our daughter at 18 weeks exactly 1 year ago today. This new pregnancy haven’t really struck me yet. I feel nothing. But after the nightmare last night, I’m scared out of my mind.

I haven’t gotten pregnant yet after our miscarriage last year but I have your same fear. I don’t know how to be happy that were still trying or that we might get pregnant because I’m so nervous we’re going to loose another one. So I don’t have some hopeful message or advice, just letting you know your not alone and your feelings are shared with others that have been through what we have ❤️
