This maybe TMI, but we did missionary when I got pregnant with my first and doggy when I got pregnant with my second. So, no I don’t think it matters which position you’re in. Sperm gets to where it’s going within seconds. What comes out after intercourse is semen.

No. Do it on top, on bottom, in front, standing on your head, whatever works for you. It doesn’t matter. As long as he ejaculates in your vagina you’re fine. Sperm gets where it needs to go in seconds, it doesn’t matter if the semen drips out, what needed to happen already happened by that point.
