Sitting on the toilet for more then 20-30 mins a go to just have nothing come out - but sitting in pain like I’m going to faint 
I’m so constipated what can I do please help

I was given colase at the hospital (stool softener) was so so so helpful with csection I can’t push, should give it a try

Don’t sit there straining you’ll end up getting haemorrhoids and they aren’t fun!! 
Go see your doctor, they can prescribe you something safe to take while pregnant most over the counter laxatives aren’t safe.
