Labor near??

Question

The last 4 days I’ve been so crampy and I’m guessing they were the start of contractions bc it was in and off. My inner thighs are so sore. Today i woke up feeling super weak and nauseous. 
Is it soon or is this just what being 38 weeks feels like 😪😪😪

Sounds normal for the end of pregnancy. I mean baby could come soon,  but that doesn't mean it's because of these symptoms you know?  I had contractions for weeks that were dialiating me and everything (with my second I got to 6 before they stopped for the day and I was sent home).Eventually I had to be induced for medical reasons. Not everyone's labor starts the same. Some people will have similar symptoms and some won't. Some women have no signs and their water just breaks. Hard for us strangers to tell you how far away your labor is.

I had cramps and contractions for hours last night, lasting 1min+, all 5 minutes apart. Went to my regular appt today still contracting and I'm the same as last week as far as dilation, thinning and station go. So exhausting
