Natural headache relief?

Been suffering all friggin day.
Any recommendations, that don't involve medication? Can't deal with it. 
BP is fine, so it's not that

Rub some peppermint oil on the back of your neck and your temples, and then put an ice pack on top of your head or your forehead. Works for me 99% of the time

Caffeine. Try a cold coke. It was an instant relief for me. It was weird when the dr told me to try it but I couldn’t believe it worked. Hope it works for you!
