How to deal with everyone else?!

I’ve just had a medical abortion at 10 weeks, a lot of people know I am/was pregnant, my parents and my partners family. 
I changed my mind and couldn’t go through with having a baby. 
How do I make it look like I’ve had a miscarriage, my mums had quite a few and she will ask all of the questions!

When i told a close friend of mine i was pregnant i told her i miscarried i never told anyone i had an abortion bc you never know how someone is going to react or if there against it

You could just tell her you had a miscarriage. Just straight out tell her. There’s no way for her to tell

I was in a similar position. I didn’t want anyone to affect my decision, so I didn’t tell my fiancé that I was considering not going through with the pregnancy. He was trying to be supportive I think and told parents and my family (and my family then told my entire extended family). At that point I’d already decided on an abortion. I wasn’t ready for a child, financially mainly, but also emotionally. 
My sister is a medical student so I was worried about the questions, but honestly a medical abortion is similar to a miscarriage, it just basically induces it. Also, if they start asking too many questions, just say “please stop. This is really painful to talk about” bc trust me it will be. Or simply when they start to ask questions just say you don’t want to talk about it.
