My husband had been taking testosterone for approx 8-10 months when we got pregnant naturally on the 1st cycle of trying. It was likely a mini-miracle because I’m sure it wasn’t much longer before he had zero sperm. We were trying for over a year for #2 before we got checked out and discovered it causes/ caused azoospermia. He got off of testosterone completely and then started HCG. He had a SA last week after 8 weeks on HCG injections and there’s now sperm back in the ejaculate. Only 2mil but super promising for getting pregnant naturally in the coming months hopefully!
