Hey y’all!! What are some good prenatals to take once you’ve found out you’re pregnant ?

1 a day prenatal every one I know is taken them and so am i

I take nature’s made because it actually is way better than most. Google what makes a good prenatal and they will give you what you need exactly and how much. My SIL just gave me some super expensive ones and it doesn’t have nearly as much as my cheaper natures made ones lol
