7 weeks and 4 days Cramps
I am having the worse cramps and constipated today.. may be the worse I have felt. I am anxious to hear just a heart beat to make sure everything is ok. And my first appointment is not for another week!!! Any suggestions on hearing the heartbeat prior to first appointment? I think it will really ease my mind that baby is ok.
