When to buy nursing bra?

Any idea when to buy a nursing bra? I read that once you hit 6 months, your breasts are about as big as they’ll ever be..what do y’all think?

I’d wait until like a week after you give birth when your milk is in full supply because those puppies get hugeeee! Lol

might be true for some but once my milk came in after my son was born, I was like double my normal size lol Most if the bras I bought beforehand were wayyyy too small and I lost a ton of weight after my son was born. This time around i’m getting them much bigger and adjustable lol

I bought a few already, plus cheapie sports bras in a larger size. I’m just very uncomfortable in normal bras now, so I figured it was time.

I got a great one at Motherhood store is was like $25  but it is seriously so comfortable

I'd get a couple now if you are wearing bras that don't fit. Get a couple of the stretchy underwire free ones like Bravado for the first 2-3 weeks when your milk comes in and possibly get engorged. Plan on buying more bras 2-4 weeks post partum as well. I wore the bravado nursing tanks a lot with my first (also a winter baby) because I could wear more cardigans & scarves and flannel button ups I already owned to BF in without buying BFing clothes. I settled into a 32DD while BFing my first, 32C prior to pregnancy, with my first, I'm still in a 32DD at 20 weeks with baby 2, I expect to need a 34 once baby 2 reaches my ribs.

Mine about doubled in size while I was pregnant. And then gained another size once my milk came in. After my milk settled down it went down some, but I already ordered nursing bras because mine stopped fitting around 12 weeks.

My boobs were already as big as watermelons before I got pregnant. I had just bought expensive new bras and now my boobs are jiggle jaggling out the top of them and the top of my nipple nearly hangs out 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m already an H cup so I’m running out of bras that work for me. 
No clue when I’ll grab a nursing bra this time around but it’s nice to have one while you’re at the hospital :)
