Bleeding to death 😱😖😟...

So after not having a period for over two years (I know it's a blessing *I was pregnant and then breastfeeding so my period was halted for quite some time*) its come back with a vengeance (since starting the patch contraceptive method) and I cant help but kinda freak out. Like, girls.. it's the heaviest period I've ever had. I hope I dont bleed to death! (Yes that's sarcasm 🤣.... but seriously what if? 😱😱😟) anyone relate? Or have advice/comments? This is causing my anxiety to rise above normal levels.

I dont like aunt flow, and I wish I could throw her back out and change the locks! Ughhh
