Do you ever have days of just horrible back pain?

I have been in SO much pain all day. My nurse isn’t concerned and just told me to rest, but I’m going crazy.

My last pregnancy, I had lower back pain so bad it was hard to walk. I ended up going to a chiropractor and was better that day. I wish I’d gone earlier. This time, my back cracks on its own.

It usually happens when I was too busy the day before. It’s hard to remember to slow down sometimes, take breaks, stretch, lay down, drink a glass of water and have a good snack. There’s times I can’t walk properly because of the pain in my back

I just started having this recently and it’s awful 😫
Just a recommendation my mom had a CBD infused lotion and she thought it would help with my back pain. Within 30 minutes of her rubbing it on me my pain was gone and it was the first relief I had felt! 
I’m buying some for myself now because it blew my mind how well it worked.

Definitely having that plus alot of pressure down there. Can barely walk. High risk dr suggest bed rest but i laughed.. but he says its normal

Going to chiro tomorrow because of such bad pain! Unable to walk more than to the bathroom and back to the couch! Had this at 6 weeks for a week and a half and that cured itself on its own. Not waiting that long this time! Heading in tomorrow for some relief hopefully!
