Hcg droppinng after MC?

Question

So Im the one that got a positive a month after MC. 
But on friday I had a hcg (3w7d) was at 52
And Monday (4w2d) hcg is at 22
I have no idea whats happening. 
The midwife has no idea whats going on
Im getting sent for another blood test tomorrow and Im so lost on whats happening.
I still havent had my period its late by 1 week.

You are having another one unfortunately I’m sorry to hear . Sometimes it can take awhile for your body to pass it or you will start bleeding soon. Since it’s that early tho they might consider it a chemical but your hcg was a bit higher and out of that “gray area” so you were def pregnant . Unless your hcg got really reaallly high last month it might have been leftover hcg if you didn’t have a real period in between .

I'm so sorry, it sounds like it may be a chemical pregnancy. I got pregnant the first cycle after my MC too and it unfortunately was a chemical. Hcg got lower until my period started about 4 days late.
