Ok so I have a question. I'm NOT racist or trying to be in anyway. I'm sorry if I offend someone or come across as insulting in some way.. I just have a question so please no rude comments. If there are too many rude comments then I'll just delete the post. My question is: Why are black people called African Americans? It doesn't make sense to me because not all African Americans are from America. Obviously some all but not all of them. So are the ones who live in Africa, Europe, or Australia and have never stepped foot in America (including their grandparents and great grandparents and etc), are they still called African American?
