Giving up 🤷😭

My son isn't gonna have anything when he's born. I have little to no family I have no friend's so I won't be able to have a baby shower, I can't work because my doctor has me on bed rest and the father doesn't wanna help me but always throws it in my face that it's also his child. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place right now. I don't wanna give up on my son but my hands are tied right now 😔😔😔
