I say no. I try to make healthy choices but I also dont care too much. I'll eat unhealthy food very easily. Like I'll make a healthy sounding meal then eat a huge bowl of ice cream after lol or for meal prep lunches, it'll be pretty healthy and then for dinner we will get pizza and wings 🤷‍♀️

i said no because i binge eat.. and i dont even mean to. i crave healthy foods, but i tend to forget to eat sometimes. between my 2 kids, school, work, house work and life i find it hard to eat. so when i dont eat its just normal, but when i do and have time i eat too much 🤦🏻‍♀️

I did before I got pregnant,  now I'm just trying to get enough calories so that I stop losing so much weight. If I crave it, I eat it.
