How long did it take you to produce more milk?

My baby is 2 weeks old and I am producing 3 oz in the morning, then 2 1/2 oz then throughout the day slowly goes down to 2 then 1 1/2oz and it’s frustrating because she wants 3 oz and is now starting to get hungry 2 1/2 hours instead of 3 hours and I am wondering other moms experience of how long it took to produce more milk.
A side note, she doesn’t latch on so I have to pump every 3 hours

Pump more often. Every 2 hours for no less than 20 minutes. Typically breastfed newborns like to eat every 2 hours and sometimes even less than that.

I was pumping every 2hrs latching my kids has been the most painful by 2weeks i was pumping around 4oz from each breast are you staying well hydrated? When breastfeeding you have to drink lots of fluids oatmeal helped me alot also after each pumping i would eat something small

Have you tried to power pump? To mimic the growth spurts baby goes through? It's also really important that you pace feed! 3oz for a 2week old is pretty much.
