Baby acne?

Hi! I’m a ftm and kinda freaking out a little. Is this baby acne or something more serious?? Wanting other moms opinions before I go to the doctor. Thank you in advance!

I would see a doctor the one on the tummy looks like a rash. Could be allergies or it could be nothing.

Face looks like baby acne. The chest looks like a rash. Call your pediatrician. My four month old had a rash when she was 1 month old that I wasn't sure about. But after explaining what I was seeing it was determined to be heat rash. So just call your pediatrician and make sure it is nothing serious.
