How good is this app predicting ovulation dates ?

Been using since I removed birth control in July, so still fairly new

I was able to conceive my twins the first month of trying with only using this app. No OPKs, temping or anything else.
I’m also super regular and have very typical 28 day cycles. So if you are more irregular I’d wouldn’t rely on this app alone.

Every app goes based off averages and calculations. It’s basically an estimate with more information being added with every log to narrow the calculations but it’s still guessing just on a computer system. If you haven’t been, start taking ovulation test strips. Those will give you a much better idea of when you have a spike. The opks test for the LH surge, that doesn’t mean ovulation is right then and there when the test is positive so don’t worry if you can’t have sex till later. After the LH surge spikes ovulation should occur 24-36 hours afterwards. Some women have a smaller window and others may have longer, the opks will help with that as well. Mine was 2 days every month, I tested twice a day so I’d have 4 positive opk tests a month then the surge would be over. We’d have sex both nights, that way the sperm had time to build back up during the hours in between. Hopes this helps! Baby dust to you!

You should track your ovulation , not relay on an app. Your body is different from an app. 😂

I wasn’t getting an accurate estimate on glow but neither was any other app. I just bought opk because I am hoping it’ll be easier than guessing.
