confused when my period should start

I had off and on bleeding that started August 3rd-August 24th (sometimes heavy sometimes real light like spotting....) so I’m not sure what cycle day I would be on or when I’m suppose to start my next period or when I ovulate even... but I haven’t started my period or had any kind of bleeding yet for this month.. usually the longest it would last is until CD 34 and my pregnancy test is negative so I don’t know what to do I guess I’m just asking for advice and has this happened to anyone else?
